The creative process for our catalogue is a long journey, that starts with the buying decisions for the next season, getting samples of the seasons stock and having them photographed - all the way through to what we did today, which is to huddle over the beautifully printed full colour high resolution proof copies and sign off in the hope that there are no errors.
This year has been unusual for our catalogue. Normally we would send out Spring / Summer in February or March and Autumn / Winter in September. However, this year we relocated the business to our wonderful new premises in Nottingham in the spring, which meant that we were late getting out the early catalogue and because of the launch of the new website in September (a Herculean job, aided by Sisyphus) we delayed this season’s catalogue and re-titled it the Winter Catalogue. Hopefully next year’s timing will revert to something approaching normality.
So what’s in the new catalogue? – Well frankly put, less than is available on the website, but in a format that many people actually really like and feel super comfortable with, a fireside companion if you like. For those familiar with our catalogue, you will notice that we have changed print suppliers this year, and the look and feel of it is greatly improved with high resolution, super glossy images with picture perfect flesh tones to help you to choose the ideal bra for you and really show our lovely Autumn Winter stock off as close to reality in colour representation as we can manage.
So, very soon, when it lands on your mat, enjoy. And do please share it with anyone you know who might be interested.
