We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.

UK Standard

We typically use a 48 hour tracked service through Royal Mail.

The Royal Mail is our UK delivery partner. If you are out when they attempt to deliver your item, they may:

  1. Attempt to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card.
  2. If they can’t deliver to a neighbour, they may leave a card and take the item back to their distribution centre. You can then either collect it or arrange a re-delivery (full details will be on the card).
  3. Alternatively, if  you are not at home to accept delivery, Royal Mail may deliver your item to a Safeplace location at your address. If you prefer not to use this option, please opt out via the Royal Mail app or by contacting Royal Mail directly.

International Rest of World Delivery

Our worldwide delivery service will typically aim to deliver your parcel 10-14 days from dispatch for the rest of world.

All goods shipped internationally are shipped from the UK and have no taxes or duties collected by Little Women. Certain territories levy taxes, duties other fees and may charge you at the point of delivery - this is outside of our control.

We use UK Royal Mail to ship Internationally but final delivery will be with their domestic delivery partner in country.

£10 or Free shipping if goods over 100 GBP
Deliveries to the European Union

Shipments to these EU countries are estimated to take between 7 - 14 days

We deliver duty paid to the following EU countries:
Rep of Ireland
France
Germany
Portugal
The Netherlands
Cyprus
Malta
Austria
Sweden

We use UK Royal Mail to ship Internationally but final delivery will be with their domestic delivery partner in country.

 £10 flat delivery cost. 
We send goods delivered duty paid but we are unable to navigate the intricacies of customs and duties in-country and cannot be liable for these should they incur.

 

What will my parcel look like?

We understand privacy is a concern to many of our customers and we take this seriously at Little Women. All orders are sent in discreet packaging, meaning you can shop with confidence.

How do I track my order?

At Little Women, we like to keep our customers informed as to when to expect their parcels. You can track the progress of your order by doing any of the following:

  • Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website to follow your parcel directly.
  • Contact our friendly customer service team on 0161 505 1840 between 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday or by emailing us at enquiries@littlewomen.com
